All puya ceramics pieces are handmade and are made of natural materials so the images on the website are a best attempt to show what they’ll look like in real life. There will be variations and slight differences – that’s the joy of handmade, singularly unique pieces.

However, if you’re not satisfied with your order, returns of any unused pots are accepted as long as you’ve been in touch within 3 days of receiving the order. Shipping costs will not be covered. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method as soon as the order is returned and checked for any use / damage.

 Funds will be returned within a 7 – 14 working days, depending on your method of payment.

Any damaged or seriously flawed pieces will be refunded, again as long as you’ve been in touch within 3 days of receiving the order.
